The Church Next Door is seeking a Kids Next Door Ministry Director to oversee hiring, leadership, training, and direction for all paid staff within the Kids Next Door Ministry Team (infants–6th grade). The Director will partner with staff, parents, children, and volunteers to move people closer to God, establishing goals and building teams aligned with the church’s vision.
