About the role
To support the Sales Operations / GTM Analytics team, the full-time Senior GTM Analyst will manage core GTM reporting and analytics, lead analytical workstreams, and provide insights on commercial performance, capacity, and GTM investment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain Tableau/Salesforce dashboards and recurring reports for GTM teams, ensuring data quality and decision-making fit
Lead analytical workstreams for annual planning, territory design, pipeline generation, and sales productivity
Write SQL queries to analyze pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and performance trends while influencing data architecture and reporting logic
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a similar role with ownership of analytical workstreams
Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and validation against business definitions
Experience with Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or similar BI tools
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
Understanding of GTM metrics such as pipeline, ARR, and sales productivity
