Proficient in all MIG and TIG weld / positions. Ability to recognize workflow issues and takes necessary action to assist in conjunction with department leadership. Understanding of fabrication and correctly fitting parts to ensure quality welds. Must be able to provide guidance and instruction when needed to Welder 1 or 2.To maintain Welder 3 status, associate must be capable of performing any station in the department while meeting cycle times and a clear understanding that this may be required. Leads by example in Safety, Attendance, Behavior, Performance and adhering to ALL shop rules.
