About the role
Our client, a leading energy & electric company, is hiring a HR Specialist in Fairfield, OH. This role will be working fully onsite.*This is a 12 month W2 contract with benefits! (with a high chance of conversion)* In this role, you will partner with local leadership to support HR initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, performance, and employee relations. You will also lead HR projects, advise leaders on workforce needs, and support organizational and culture change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Advise leadership on HR matters including talent, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives while partnering with cross functional teams to meet business goals.
- Support organizational and culture changes through talent development, employee engagement, and people strategy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a business setting.
- Project management and HR business partner experience.
