Production Assistant Job Duties Operate, set up, and monitor mixing and cooking equipment to ensure batches meet recipe and quality specifications Prepare ingredients and mixes, including chipping frozen materials and creating pumpable slurries Support deviation investigations by assisting with inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, and documentation Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support product quality and compliance

Production Assistant Pay $24.46 Production Assistant Requirements 1 or more years of experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Experience working with production or batching equipment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
