We're looking for a Sales Associate for our East Hanover, NJ location. This role is perfect for ambitious and driven individuals who enjoy working in a high-performance environment and have an eye for interior design. Responsibilities & Qualifications Consult with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, and designers to assist in the purchase of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, accent furniture, and other home dcor. Strong sales skills and ability to enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities. Additional duties as required.
Requirements: Strong computer skills and strong multi-tasking skills. Two (2) year of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred. EOE
