Cascad Effects in Minnesota seeks an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing dental manufacturing team. You will collaborate with Lab Clinical Director to support appliance design, clinical projects, quality initiatives, and customer education, leveraging orthodontic knowledge and digital workflows. You will work with orthodontists, lab technicians, and internal teams to troubleshoot design and process issues, oversee warranty and quality, and help ensure the highest standards
