About the role
TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day IT compliance program activities, including SOX and ITGC testing, audit readiness, governance documentation, and data reconciliation across the enterprise. You will partner with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, Finance and business stakeholders to sustain the control environment, enterprise compliance obligations, and risk management initiatives in a complex public company.
