You will grow our agency by building meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Our office embraces a supportive, growth‐oriented culture that values teamwork, respect, and collaboration. We are looking for candidates who bring strong communication skills, a positive phone presence, and tech‐savviness. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
