About the role

We've just onboarded a highly successful non-profit Health Tech organization that is looking for a Director of Product to drive product strategy and transformation. This is a highly strategic role that will suit someone who enjoys building and owning rather than babysitting a product line. The organization has deep expertise across public health and government, and they're looking for someone who can help identify where that expertise can be transformed into scalable products and offerings. You'll be responsible for helping answer questions like:• Which opportunities should become products versus services?• Where should the organisation invest in new product development?• How do we take new products from 0-1 and build a repeatable product portfolio? Beyond that, you'll play a key role in shaping Product across the wider organisation by introducing Product Management best practices, helping teams think more strategically, and building a stronger product-led culture. We're looking for someone with experience in:• Taking products from 0-1.• Product strategy, commercialisation and portfolio thinking.• Deciding when a solution should be product-led versus services-led.• Building or maturing Product Management capabilities across an organisation.• Influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic change.• Public health, healthcare, government or Gov Tech environments. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on the future direction of an organisation that works on some of the most important challenges in healthcare and the public sector.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
