Job Description: CFE Architects, a leading multifamily, hi-rise residential architecture firm in Miami Lakes, FL, is seeking an experienced Revit/CAD Draftsman to assist with detailed drawing production for select projects. The firm has participated in and been involved with joint ventures overseeing the development of nearly four billion dollars of construction across Central and South Florida. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to produce coordinated drawing sets with minimal supervision Ability to transform schematic design drawings using Revit or CAD into construction documents Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes Familiarity with building design principles and industry standards Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creativity and artistic ability Education and/or Experience Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated REVIT proficiencyREVIT Architecture User Certification desirable Minimum 5 years of experience with CADWe offer competitive wages based on skills and experience.
