Partnership RepresentativeTurning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 5,000 college campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.Turning Point USA is seeking a bold and strategic sales or marketing professional to help drive branding and marketing partnerships with corporate sponsors. These partnerships will support large-scale digital media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and high-impact event activations. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship and marketing sales to help achieve TPUSA's fundraising and revenue goals, ensuring the continued advancement of the organization's mission and vision. You'll engage both existing contacts and new leads through cold outreach, referrals, and connections developed through current partners.Key qualifications:Have working knowledge of project management software (Google Drive, Salesforce or equivalent CRM)Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.Demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality.Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts.Possess a close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPUSA.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with fellow colleagues.Competency in managing deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities.Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.Reflect a strong work ethic and desire for excellence.Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations, experience starting campus organizations and/or, leadership experience in conservative youth organizations is preferred but not required.Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbsWow! skills:1+ year(s) of sales or marketing experienceDegree in business, sales, or marketing or any related major (Preferred but not required)Previous involvement with TPUSAAll applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment.Please note that wages posted on third party sites such as Indeed are auto generated and are not accurate.
