About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Sugarland, Texas. This position will lead end-to-end recruiting for roles spanning engineering, construction, and procurement within industrial, manufacturing, and energy-focused settings. The ideal candidate will combine strong sourcing ability, organized coordination, and clear communication to attract talent and guide candidates through a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities: Lead recruitment activities from initial intake discussions with hiring managers through offer preparation and final candidate selection. Develop compelling job advertisements and publish openings across appropriate sourcing channels to attract applicants with relevant experience. Identify and engage both active and passive talent using search techniques, industry networks, online platforms, and internal candidate resources. Arrange and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication between candidates and hiring teams. Track applicant progress in the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records throughout the process. Deliver a positive experience for applicants by representing the organization effectively during all recruiting interactions. Support recruiting initiatives and contribute to workflow enhancements that improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
