About the role
The BDM is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, & closing new business opportunities across plastics injection molding, compression molding, thermoset molding, precision tooling, and engineered polymer solutions. This individual will lead commercial efforts focused on acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and supporting long-term growth initiatives in highly regulated industries including Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Electronics, and other quality-critical markets. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of plastics manufacturing processes, tooling development, and validation requirements while effectively serving as the voice of the customer within the organization.
