About the role

Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in New York, NY, is looking for an IT Analyst to join its team!
Responsibilities: Analyze recurring incidents, support problem resolution, and implement long-term fixes. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems, including desktop setup, mobile devices, and security tools. Track support tickets, maintain documentation, and assist with reporting and inventory management. Support cloud-based productivity tools (email, collaboration, file storage) and other assigned IT tasks.
Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience in IT support or technical assistance, with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software. Knowledge of desktop setup and configuration, meeting room AV/video conferencing systems, and basic cable management best practices. Experience with Bloomberg Terminal strongly preferred
