Job TitleThe ideal candidate is a results-oriented dedicated professional with solid achievements in sales. Candidate should be experienced in driving brand awareness through onsite, face to face interaction and establishing long-term client relationships. They should be an excellent communicator toward all levels of customers as well as demonstrate excellent industry leadership and presentation skills.Position Requirements Solicit new business opportunities Promote all of our service capability to the Multi-Family, Commercial Real Estate, Insurance Claims, Senior Living, Government Municipality, Commercial Building Management and Condominium & Home Owner Association market segment. Develop several key accounts resulting in consistent business opportunities. Represent the company at all industry related tradeshows and local organizations. Create special networking functions and business opportunities for prospective customers. Negotiate all aspects of the proposal and contract phase of securing new business including the collections process. Cultivate industry partnerships with non-competing companies to expand our customer reach Track and maintain customer database information along with weekly reporting on business development activities. Travel approximately 25% in any given month. Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Sales Performance Goals Weekly reporting on business development activities and prospect clientsQualifications Sales and marketing background Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Marketing degree a plus
