Sysco is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards Projects in Houston for an individual contributor role. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and related systems, delivering data-driven results. This role supports Workday Benefits, Bswift integrations, and governance across projects. The position requires 3–4 days on-site in the Energy Corridor; deep knowledge of Workday, HRIS, and regulatory compliance is essential.
