Flowserve seeks a CIP Engineer to identify, develop and implement improvements across manufacturing to enhance safety, quality, productivity and cost. You will partner with operations, engineering and quality to drive data-driven lean initiatives and sustainment of continuous improvement culture. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in manufacturing/engineering, Six Sigma and ERP/SAP experience, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork in a global setting.
