Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (remote on Fridays)Payrate: $23/hour
Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders and deliveries. Partner with MnR team for the regular inventory process, quarter end, audits, and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Record inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies in inventory levels. Responsible for all purchasing and inventory transactions in Oracle. Document and record all transactions to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory reports. Collaborate with MnR and Corporate Procurement team. Coordinate with suppliers to manage order schedules and deliveries. Oversee the receipt of goods and accurate record keeping. Responsible for reviewing invoices for discrepancies and resolving them. Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus).2+ years of experience in inventory management or logistics Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems).Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
