The Role This is a busy,fast paced anddetailfocused Office Administrator role.You'll own the process from first enquiry to delivered product,preparingcustomer quotes, liaisingwith suppliers, workingclosely with our warehouse team, and trackingeverything in our easy-to-use software.
Key responsibilities will include
Handling inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Preparing accurate, competitive quotes.
Processing customer orders through to completion.
Sourcing the right products to meet spec, quality, and lead time requirements.
Comparing supplier quotes to select the best-fit option.
Coordinating delivery, including expediting and documentation.
Liaising with warehouse andotherdepartmentsto keep orders moving smoothly.
Maintaining accurate records in our systems.
About You The ideal candidate will have experience in internal sales administration, purchasing administration, customer support, or a similar role.
You will enjoy working in a friendly team environment with established procedures and systems. You will have a high attention to detail, be very organised, and pride yourself on delivering repeatable, high-quality results. You will have a friendly manner, be highly productive, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and like contributing to the team's success.
We're looking for someone who:
Experience in procurement supportor customer service within industrialcompaniesis highly regarded.
Is comfortable managing a high volume of quotes and orders concurrently.
Genuinely enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team.
Brings a calm, positive, can-do attitude to every interaction.
Is reliable, self-motivated, and doesn't need handholding to get things done.
The Company Beaver Global is a single-source procurement business that specialises in supplying remote overseas mine sites from Australia. We source and procure exactly what our clients require, typically spare parts and consumables to keep their mine sites running in remote locations all over the world.
The business has been operating for over 30 years and is part of the larger Beaver Group. The business is based in Perth and supplies clients all over the world.
