Locations:
Pittsburgh, PA | Strongsville, OH | Birmingham, AL | Farmers Branch, TX | Phoenix, AZContract: 120 days + potential extension/right-to-hire
Schedule:
M–F, 8 AM–5 PM ESTRemote during contract; must person must be be near a hub and open to onsite work if converted to a full-time employee Role Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Home Lending technology, including Empower and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). The role focuses on requirements, testing, system releases, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria Review system/vendor releases and assess impacts Develop and execute test cases and regression testing Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements sessions Document processes and identify improvement opportunities Partner with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Use Copilot/AI and automation to improve efficiency Must-Haves Business Analysis experience Requirements gathering, user stories & acceptance criteria Software testing Strong analytical and communication skills Excel Experience with Microsoft Copilot/AI or automation Preferred Mortgage/Home Lending experienceLOS/Empower/Encompass Jira or Azure Dev Ops Power Automate, Power BI, or SQLConsulting Solutions and its family of companies is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
