About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience installing HVAC systems, is comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in quality workmanship. This position will primarily focus on residential HVAC replacements, including removing existing equipment and installing new heating and cooling systems correctly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities: Install and replace residential HVAC equipment Work with sheet metal, ductwork, and HVAC components Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and professional work area Travel to job sites as assigned with a company truck Complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to code
Job Requirements: 3+ years of HVAC installation experience 2+ years of residential HVAC replacement experience preferred Experienced with Central A/C & Gas Furnaces Valid and clean driver's license Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Reliable and professional Proficient English Slavic-speaking is a plus Monday–Friday schedule 7:30am - 4pm
