Role Description:
The Crane & Rigging Sales Representative role is a full-time position located on-site in the NJ/NY area. This position includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their crane and rigging needs, and creating tailored service proposals. The sales representative will collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additional responsibilities include preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating contracts, and tracking project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of crane operations, rigging equipment, and heavy machinery servicesSales experience, including client relationship management and contract negotiationStrong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and teamsOrganizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects effectivelyWorking knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations is an advantageProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferredAbility to work on-site and travel locally for client meetings and project oversightPrior experience in the crane, rigging, or logistics industry is a plus
