Partnerships and Awards Manager Montana Silversmiths • Columbus, MT Montana Silversmiths is seeking a Partnerships and Awards Manager to lead strategic partnerships, sponsorships, awards programs, and premium segment growth. This role drives revenue, manages key relationships, oversees event strategy, and leads the Awards Department team across the Western and Premium segments.
What You’ll Do: Develop strategic partnerships that expand revenue, visibility, and market reach Lead Awards Department growth including budgets, forecasting, and new business development Manage key accounts and cultivate high‑value customer and industry relationships Build financial plans including revenue forecasts, ROI analysis, and performance reporting Oversee event strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on‑site execution Lead and develop a team focused on collaboration, innovation, and customer excellence What You Bring 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, events, sponsorships, or account management Strong financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making Proven success managing revenue goals and strategic relationships Leadership experience with coaching and team development Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to travel regularly (2–3 events per month)Equal Opportunity Montana Silversmiths is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
