Starting Hourly Rate: $20.00 (40 hours per week)

Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager of RHY, the overnight counselor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a clean, safe and healthy therapeutic environment for young people who have left home, are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
Responsibilities: Accurately complete the screening and intake process for youth who are accepted into the program. Conduct hourly visual checks on youth to ensure safety and well-being throughout the night. Facilitate morning routine to support youth in preparing for their day. Transport youth to various appointments and activities using St. Anne Institute vehicles. Thoroughly and accurately document all information and data required for funding sources and oversite agencies. Requirements and Education: High school diploma required, associates in human services preferred; strong written and verbal skills to communicate with colleagues and allied professionals in and outside the agency; ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a team member and maintain confidentiality; experience working with homelessness/child welfare systems preferred; valid driver's license required.
