Overview: Sentara Medical Group has a Family Medicine Physician opening in Hampton, VA at our Old Hampton clinic. Join Sentara's established practice working full-time with flexible hours. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN.
Position Highlights: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of admin) Average number of patients per week 80-90 In a large call group with infrequent call nights. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN No hospital rounds required Provide primary care for patients in the panel. Age restrictions negotiable. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $256,505.60 - $353,808.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
