About the role
Dermatology Physician Assistant – Experienced Preferred Monarch Dermatology & Surgery | Loveland, Colorado Monarch Dermatology & Surgery is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our physician-led dermatology practice in Northern Colorado. We are looking for a clinically strong, thoughtful provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and practicing high-quality dermatology in a collaborative environment. Prior dermatology experience is strongly preferred. Monarch provides comprehensive dermatologic care with particular strengths in skin cancer and cutaneous oncology, Mohs surgery, complex medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and general dermatology. Our PA works closely with board-certified dermatologists and has direct physician support for challenging cases.
What you’ll do:
Evaluate and manage common and complex dermatologic conditions Perform comprehensive skin exams and skin-cancer surveillance Evaluate and biopsy suspicious lesions Perform cryotherapy and other office-based dermatologic procedures Manage medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care Collaborate closely with our physicians on complex medical, pediatric, surgical, and oncologic cases
What we’re looking for:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programNCCPA certified Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado Dermatology experience strongly preferred Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable practicing independently while valuing physician collaboration Strong documentation, follow-up, and continuity-of-care skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Why Monarch We are an independent, physician-led practice that combines the clinical depth of a specialty dermatology group with the relationships and autonomy of a smaller practice. Schedule:
Full-time preferred; schedule flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Start date: Flexible, with a goal of adding someone by early 2027. Earlier start possible.

Competitive and based on dermatology experience, schedule, and productivity.
