About the role

Loan Processor We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor with 3+ years of loan processing experience to manage a high-volume pipeline and support loans from application through finalization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to work with urgency, and comfortable coordinating with underwriters, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Process and manage approximately 34 loan applications per month, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and processed within required timelines. Review loan files, identify missing or incomplete documentation, and follow up with appropriate parties to keep loans moving toward completion. Provide back-end loan processing support, including lien releases, mortgage satisfaction, document tracking, and post-closing requirements. Work closely with underwriters to address conditions, obtain required documentation, and support timely loan approvals and finalization. Prepare, review, and organize loan finalization and closing paperwork while maintaining accurate loan records.
Qualifications: 3+ years of loan processing experience required. Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of approximately 30–35+ loan applications per month. Experience with lien releases, mortgage satisfaction, underwriting support, and loan finalization documentation. Strong experience communicating and coordinating with vendors, underwriters, and internal departments. Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and receptive to constructive feedback and coaching.
