About the role

Clutch is seeking a Production Director in Los Angeles to scale our entire delivery engine across brand campaigns, creator shoots, and social content. You will lead staff and freelance producers, design scalable SOPs, and safeguard profitability while upholding creative excellence. Reporting to operations leadership, you will own production workflows, budgets, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Account teams to meet ambitious growth goals.
