About the role
The client is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead and design brand initiatives across marketing platforms, including product curation, customer and in-store experiences, online experiences, promotional and communications materials, presentation approaches, event activities, and brand partnerships.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.The role will ensure a consistent brand look and feel internally and externally by synthesizing assets, style guides, and licensed elements into a unified brand aesthetic.This position is expected to be hands-on and to support senior marketing leadership in a fast-paced, growing beauty and personal care environment.Key responsibilities include maintaining consistency of the brand image across all marketing materials, overseeing product package design for both primary and secondary packaging, and visually communicating the product story through creative solutions.The Senior Art Director will provide strategic brand vision in partnership with cross-functional teams, lead workflow planning and scheduling for creative projects to secure deadlines and deliverables, and oversee artwork production from concept through final output.The role will also involve supporting in-store display design, procuring 3D comps for marketing presentations, and leading or co-leading photo and video shoots with internal production resources, including budgeting, on-set direction, styling, and post-production editing.The position also requires managing and maintaining brand visual documentation such as style guides and layouts across channels, partnering with merchandising on planogram graphics to support brand consistency, and collaborating with brand, product, and digital marketing teams to develop campaigns aligned with marketing activities. xevrcycRequired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar discipline and at least seven years of relevant experience, along with strong expertise in art, design, typography, copy, and layout.The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, strong file preparation and delivery skills, and demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring designers and managing creative department staff, plus experience delivering design across multiple mediums such as print, packaging, and web.
