Income Potential We offer an aggressive commission structure, industry‑leading residual commissions, and several bonuses to ensure financial success while getting started. Marketing support, leads, and office space are included.
Annual income potential, with base salary and commission, ranges up to $60,000 – $90,000. Salary: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities Generate insurance quotes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing follow‑up as necessary.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. This includes answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.
Identify and develop sales opportunities with both existing and new clients.
Use a customer‑centric, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements Prior experience in insurance is a plus, but not a necessity.
Must be people‑centric.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have a positive attitude and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in people’s lives.
Demonstrated history of reliability, ethical conduct, and dependability.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
