About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a PMHNP for a fully remote, full-time role. You must live in Kentucky and hold both Kentucky and Indiana licenses with at least 1 year of PMHNP experience. The position involves seeing 15-18 patients daily, ages 10 and up, across Baptist Health Kentucky offices. The APP works autonomously within a physician-led team, delivering high-quality care, while engaging in care management, collaboration, and ongoing professional development in a state-regulated environment.
