Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage vision conditions and ocular diseases.
Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction solutions.
Educate patients on eye health and preventative care.
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to support clinical decision-making.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible for an Ohio Optometry license.
