About the role

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Frederick, MD. The role leads the development and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans, guides RBTs, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification with MD LBA licensure, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and experience applying functional assessments across settings.
