Proposal Engineer - Renewables

To support the development of high-quality technical proposals and project cost estimates, the full-time Proposal Engineer - Renewables will manage the proposal process, coordinate with various internal teams, and ensure compliance with client requirements in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead proposal efforts from intake through submission, including planning, scheduling, and document development Review RFPs and client requirements to identify compliance needs and develop proposal documents and supporting materials Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and drive timely completion of proposals while managing proposal comments and revisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, renewable energy, or a related field; or equivalent experience 2-6 years of experience in proposal development, project management, technical writing, or related work in the renewable energy sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and communicate proactively
