Crash Champions is seeking an energetic professional to educate customers through the repair journey, collaborate with insurance partners, and ensure accurate estimates and timely updates for every vehicle. You will manage repairs from intake through QC, coordinate with body technicians, review data, and handle paperwork to close final orders while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
