About the role
Leading the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence, the full-time remote IFM COE Director will drive service delivery integration, manage operational efficiency, and oversee national programs while fostering innovation and best practices across a major global financial services account.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Facilities Management, ensuring accountability for team results in areas such as business continuity and customer experience
Drive the continuous application of technology enhancements while managing service delivery and aligning with client objectives
Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering engagement and translating firm strategies into actionable business opportunities
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management
Proficient knowledge in Facilities management, Engineering, Energy and Sustainability, and Environmental Safety
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
