About the role

About the Program: Softek is recruiting for a program supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS/CISA). The program delivers AI/ML-enabled applications, automation, and cloud data engineering on an AWS and Databricks platform, with an emphasis on secure, vendor-agnostic design. Work is performed remotely from the contractor site with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area.
Duties and Responsibilities: Profile data sources, validate pipelines, and check label and data quality for AI/ML training, testing, and inference datasets. Prepare evaluation datasets and support model performance measurement with Government analysts. Build and maintain dashboards and analytical summaries of data quality and AI/ML operational performance. Document data lineage, sources, and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications: Three or more years of data analysis experience with SQL and Python. Experience with Databricks, Spark, or a comparable cloud data platform and a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting AI/ML model evaluation. Federal agency experience.
