Overview: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our cookie and ice cream shop. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving desserts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Scoop ice cream and serve cookies according to shop standards
Prepare desserts, toppings, and beverages as needed
Operate the cash register and handle transactions responsibly
Keep the front and back of the shop clean and organized
Restock supplies and ingredients
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines
Work as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
Basic math skills for handling cash
Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Schedule & Availability
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Shifts may vary based on business needs
