Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Remote! - New York / New Jersey Founded in the 1970’s, we are a full-service law firm with 100 attorneys across 5 states currently. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Job duties: Work remote. We have offices throughout New York and New Jersey as well. We are currently seeking:1) Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law Attorney 2) Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
  • NY and/or NJ bar
  • Recent insurance defense experience You should know some of the following:· General, Premises Liability
  • MVA, Personal Injury
  • Construction Defect, NY Labor Law (200/240/241)
  • Products Liability, Toxic Torts
  • Medical Malpractice
  • Insurance Coverage
