About the role
Manager, Sourcing And Procurement Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity. We're building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone. Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions. We're a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard. Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don't Die. We are looking for a Manager, Sourcing and Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across our nutritional products business. This role will own high-impact projects spanning contract manufacturing, ingredients, packaging, supplier onboarding, competitive bidding, and cost reduction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can independently drive complex supplier initiatives from strategy through execution, while managing timelines, coordinating cross-functionally, solving problems quickly, and holding partners accountable. Strong hands-on NetSuite experience is essential, particularly with purchase orders, invoice workflows, and inventory transfers. Experience in nutritional supplements, vitamins, minerals, or nutraceuticals is strongly preferred. This role will also manage and develop the purchasing function and serve as the day-to-day owner for key strategic procurement initiatives as Blueprint continues to scale.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
