Title: Escrow Support Processor
Client Location: Phoenix, Arizona -85037
Duration: 3 Months contract with potential extension Shift/Mode: 100% ONSITE- Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week Payrate- $19/H on W2
Job Summary: The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving branch offices of high-volume paperwork. This role supports a fast-paced, production-focused environment and is responsible for processing a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently. This position is strictly a production and processing role and does not communicate directly with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders. The Escrow Support Processor works behind the scenes to ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting. Work schedules may vary based on business demands. The ability to work overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends, is a condition of employment and an essential function of this position. Employees must be available to work overtime as directed to support production requirements, month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide centralized clerical processing of documents related to the initiation and closing of residential escrow transactions. Process a high volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and maintained. Support production requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Follow established escrow procedures and maintain awareness of applicable regulations governing the escrow process. Prioritize competing tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Support month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational needs. Work overtime, including extended hours and occasional weekends, as directed by business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
