đ¨ CNC FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS â THIS ONE'S FOR YOU.Are you the person they call when the CNC goes down? NEXT Industries is growing our Machine Tool Service team in Michigan, and we're looking for an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer who knows how to diagnose the problem, find the solution, and get production moving again. If you've spent years troubleshooting CNC machine tools, working with controls, and solving problems at customer facilities, we want to talk with you.
đ§ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You'll work directly with manufacturing customers throughout Michigan, providing hands-on technical expertise in:⢠CNC machine tool troubleshooting & repair⢠Machine installations & commissioning⢠Preventive & predictive maintenance⢠Mechanical & electrical diagnostics⢠CNC controls & ladder logic⢠Ball-bar testing & machine alignment⢠4th & 5th axis integration⢠Probe & peripheral installations⢠Automation & control retrofits⢠Customer technical support Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens or Heidenhain controls is highly valued. Experience with Mazak, Okuma, Makino, DMG MORI, Kitamura, Hyundai Wia, Brother, Heller, MAG, OKK, Grob, Yasda, Fidia or other major machine-tool manufacturers is a plus. You don't need to know every machine on the list. We want someone with strong CNC troubleshooting fundamentals, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and the ability to figure things out.đ ď¸ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of CNC machine tool service, repair, maintenance, installation or troubleshooting experience preferred.
