About the Role:Tubi is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel-level attorney to lead our Marketing and Legal team. This role provides legal advice, risk assessment and partnership management to the Marketing business team, and leads a team of three additional attorneys.15+ years' legal experience between an established law firm and an entertainment, media, advertising and/or technology company 5+ years' experience managing, coaching and developing a team of high-performing attorneysExperience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, including marketing, licensing, services and sponsorship agreementsExperience providing intellectual property clearance, including clearance subject to talent and content agreement restrictionsExcellent negotiator with exceptional relationship management skills Knowledge of industry-specific marketing issues, such as FTC influencer disclosures, sweepstakes and contests, and claims-based advertisingStrong drafting skills and demonstrated ability to balance necessary legal protections with practical business needs and manage multiple, complex legal transactions simultaneouslyAbility to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environmentStrong executive presence and an energetic team leader who coaches and supports a team effectivelyExcellent communication skills, oral and written, and the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal colleagues Detail-oriented and able to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and smoothlyJD received from an ABA-accredited U.S. law schoolAdmission to the state bar in at least one U.S. state#LI-MJ1 #LI-HybridPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
