About the role
Leading a team of data scientists and analysts, the full-time Data Science Manager will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, ensuring model accuracy and integration while collaborating with engineering teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Design and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address complex business problems
Establish and enforce data science standards and governance frameworks to maintain data integrity
Coordinate project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for data science initiatives
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or analytics leadership roles
Proficiency in R programming and Python for model building and optimization
Experience with AWS, AZURE, and Docker for deploying and scaling models
Ability to prepare analytics reports using ggplot and Rshiny visualization packages
