WE’RE HIRING: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERSubmit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.$90,000–$120,000 base salary + company vehicle Oceanview Building Group | Boca Raton / South Florida Full-time | Field-based Oceanview Building Group specializes in premium dental, medical, plastic surgery, and surgical facility build-outs throughout South Florida. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who takes ownership, leads subcontractors professionally, and keeps projects moving. Your time will primarily be spent at active jobsites, coordinating trades, checking quality, resolving issues, and managing schedules. Office attendance is required as needed for meetings and coordination.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of relevant commercial construction experience, including project management and field supervision.
  • Strong commercial interior build-out experience; healthcare or dental experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, change orders, and closeout.
  • Strong construction drawing and MEP coordination knowledge.
  • Clear communication, organized execution, and consistent follow-through.
You’ll have support from our Operations Manager and office administrator. Direct field supervision is part of this position; we do not currently have a dedicated superintendent.
