About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Workplace & Facilities to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for its global facilities portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the long-term development of various facility types, including advanced manufacturing sites, R&D laboratories, and corporate workplaces. This executive leader will ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facilities that support business growth, technology innovation, and manufacturing excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and executing global workplace and facilities strategy, leading all global facilities operations, establishing global standards and best practices, and driving sustainability and EHS programs. The role also involves managing global facilities budgets, leading capital planning, and building a high-performing global organization of facilities and engineering professionals. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with an MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in facilities, engineering, manufacturing operations, or related functions is required, with a proven track record in leading global, multi-site facilities organizations. Technical expertise in manufacturing and fabrication facility infrastructure systems, cleanroom design, and operation, and experience in large-scale capital projects and infrastructure development are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photonics or semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing facilities, and a demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
