About the role

Position Title: Critical Infrastructure Program Manager – Central Office Consolidation
Location: Denver, CO to begin, then remote with some travel required
About the Role: Lead delivery of a large-scale infrastructure consolidation, decommissioning, and energy-efficiency program across a complex telecommunications network. You'll coordinate DC power optimization, cooling efficiency, network shutdown, and site-exit activities, working across Infrastructure, Network Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, and Field Operations to turn technical work into measurable cost and energy savings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the infrastructure consolidation and decommissioning program
  • Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinate DC power and rectifier optimization, replacement, and consolidation activities
  • Identify opportunities to reduce power consumption and cooling overhead
  • Manage site consolidation, infrastructure removal, and site-exit plans
  • Coordinate network shutdown and legacy equipment decommissioning
  • Manage program budgets, risk (RAID), and supplier/vendor performance
  • Report program progress, risks, and benefits realization to senior stakeholders
  • Required Skillset
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager/Senior Program Manager on complex infrastructure programs
  • Strong background in telecommunications, data centers, or critical infrastructure
  • Hands-on understanding of DC power infrastructure and rectifier environments
  • Experience with infrastructure consolidation, decommissioning, or site-exit programs
  • Understanding of energy efficiency and cooling optimization
  • Strong program governance, budgeting, and supplier-management experience
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and senior stakeholders
  • Desired Product Knowledge
  • Telecom DC power and rectifier systemsHVAC/cooling infrastructure within telecom or critical facilities
  • Legacy network decommissioning (TDM, voice, DACS)PUE and energy performance data
