About the role

Axiom, a global leader in high-caliber on-demand legal talent, seeks an experienced Clinical Trial, Commercial & R&D Counsel to support pharma and health system clients remotely in the United States. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, CTAs, and NDAs for global CRO collaborations and life sciences deals. The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and active bar membership, with biotech or pharma experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
