Qualifications:

Experience:
2 years hot mill rolling (R); 3-5 years manufacturing or equivalent experience (P)Areas of Knowledge: Safety, Health & Environmental (R), Labor Contract (R), Manufacturing (P), Management (R), Haynes Northside Production Operation (P), Lean Manufacturing (P), 5S (P)

Role Responsibilities:
Proactive safety-first attitude. Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws. Ensure compliance to plant rules. Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews. Follow all SOP's and QCI's. Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement. Maintain all needed documentation Schedule daily work to meet production goals.
